ABOUT
SMSH development has been steadfast in growth since its birth in 2015, I should know as I have been part of this success over the past 14 months.
My name is John Saint-Martin, and the renaming of my former company from Saint-Martin Signature Homes was not an easy decision I assure you. Having rebuilt this company in 2007 from the great recession, through hard work, dedication and most of all reputation, simply changing the name was not as easy as one would think but I felt was the right choice for growth.
As my vision and experience expanded so needed the business model, and in 2015 I decided to abreviate the former into what is now SMSH Develoment LLC. With a clear objective and outstanding staff with a combined 105+ years of experience we began forging our mark into the Hospitality and Multifamily markets, all the while bringing along the care and quality which is demanded in the high-end residential market of our former company.
My team and I have but one motto; "To provide the highest possible standard of quality each project, while delivering it on time and within budget"
